How Express Lane Tax Bar LLC handles the sensitive tax and contact information you entrust to us.
Effective October 1, 2026
Express Lane Tax Bar LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the trust it takes to share your tax situation with anyone. This notice explains what information we collect through eltaxbar.com, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it confidential.
Express Lane Tax Bar LLC does not collect personal information through automated tracking on this website. This site does not require an account, does not use advertising trackers, and does not run advertising pixels.
The only personal information we receive is what you choose to share with us directly — for example, when you call us, email us, or leave your contact details so we can reach you back. That information may include your name, phone number, email address, and the tax or debt details you choose to describe.
Clients who complete our onboarding form share their name, date of birth, the last 4 digits of their Social Security number (never the full number), contact details, filing status, household, tax situation, income, expenses, and assets (amounts only, never account numbers), along with any letters, pay stubs, statements, or returns they upload. These answers and files are stored privately, are shared only with our case processor, and are used only to prepare your case.
We understand that tax matters are among the most private matters in your life — IRS balances, notices, garnishments, liens, and returns. Any tax information you share with us is treated as confidential and is used only to evaluate your situation and prepare a resolution plan.
We ask only for the information needed to help you. You are never required to share documents or details before you are comfortable, and our first conversation is a confidential consultation.
We use the information you provide solely to: respond to your inquiry; conduct a confidential review of your tax or debt situation; communicate with you about your case; and, if you become a client, prepare and pursue the resolution services you engage us for.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not use your tax or contact information for marketing purposes.
We share your information only when it is necessary to serve you — for example, with the IRS or a state tax authority as part of the resolution work you authorize, or with service providers who help us operate (such as phone or email providers) and who are bound to handle it appropriately.
We may also disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a court order or a valid legal process.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to client information is limited to those who need it to work on your behalf.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents until we have confirmed the best and safest way to receive them.
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide the services you request, and as long as professional record-keeping requires.
You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete correspondence that we are not required to retain. Simply call or email us using the details below.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
If we update this privacy notice, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. The information practices described here apply to all information we handle under this notice.
Call or email us and we'll answer any question about how your information is handled — before you share a single detail.
